About Us

We started with PTBM, a Shropshire based company that focuses on supporting vulnerable adults within the community who may be experiencing Anxiety after a traumatic experience, Mental Health issues, Learning disabilities, Autism or individuals that have recently left care and need support to be independent and integrate into society.

We continuously work with individuals in the community who are living alone, in homes or shared accommodation. We support individuals to get out and about, join in, remain independent and be in control.

We also help within the home, keeping on top of the housework, finances, budgeting, even repairs, gardening or decorating that may need doing.

From here we established Mummas, a safe 'go to' place where along with our clients, anyone can come along and enjoy a moment of calm within our tea room or spend some time looking through our antiques, curiosities or wellbeing products. We have worked hard to try and have something for everyone.

From Mummas and ongoing donations, we are very proud to say we now storage units with various household items in, ready for anyone that may benefit, that we can offer out for a very small price. Many of us take for granted how nice it may be to go home to a warm, dry safe place, so we have a collection of beds, wardrobes, draws, rugs, curtains, bedding and much more to help individuals obtain that feeling for themselves, so if you, or anyone you may know could benefit please simply get in touch.

The TEAM!

After working within the sector for over 10 years we have a combined knowledge and grounded understanding of what is needed and what is missing for individuals to make the most of their life experiences. Whether this is arranged through social services or funded independently, everyone has the same service available to them.

A large section of our careers have been spent working with children SEMH who are within the care system and vulnerable adults suffering various mental health issues, learning disabilities, ADHD and autism to name a few. Together we have worked alongside other disciplines and agencies, which we believe are paramount when trying to do the best for any individual. When working well together we can really improve the quality of living through each day for some. The biggest part of this working is communication and joint respect for all involved.

Through working within these areas, we feel we have formed a substantial understanding of many of the areas that can be affected when an individual is struggling. We have the knowledge to point individuals in the right direction to get the help they may require, along with a approachable manner in which anyone can ask for help.

We work towards encouraging individuals wellbeing and on-going recovery every day . Working with individuals to look forward instead of backwards.
